BUYER RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT, for

Buyer agrees to follow the IOEBA code of breeder ethics including: "I will maintain the highest standards of health and care for my dogs and I will provide sufficient water, food, shelter and veterinary attention as needed".

The Buyer shall provide the said dog with necessary veterinary care upon sickness, disease, or injury, and keep routine vaccinations up to date.

The Buyer shall provide the animal with humane care and maintain it in accordance with all current and future state, county, and municipal laws and ordinances where the Buyer resides or will reside.

The Buyer agrees to inform the Breeder of any titles or awards obtained by the animal for our breeding records.

The Buyer agrees to send pictures of said dog and allow the Breeder at least one visit per year if requested. And allows the Breeder use of any information or pictures obtained for anything including advertisement or publications. 

If Buyer decides not to keep the dog, they will give the Breeder the first opportunity to buy the dog back. 

Under no circumstances is the dog to be kept on a chain or in a kennel.

Failure to do so will result in returning the said dog to the Breeder, and all costs thereafter are the responsibility of the Buyer such as return shipping, small claims court, etc. incurred by breeder/seller to retrieve said dog. 

This contract is in addition to the “Puppy Purchase Agreement”.  By signing below, both parties agree to this written Contract.
